‘ODST’ was created under Microsoft’s “Game Content Usage Rules” using assets from HALO 3, © Microsoft Corporation. All material is copyrighted unless otherwise indicated.  Infringement on this is legally binding and offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Full credit is given to all music used to the creators of the music, noted in the credits at the end of each comic. All screenshot manipulation is done using Adobe Photoshop CS3 and/or Microsoft Paint. All sound editing is done in Sony Vegas v8 and/or Audiosity. All in game screenshots taken and screenshot manipulations preformed on said screenshots are done by myself. Credit is due to Bunige for all game content not does not list an author, author unknown and credit is given to those that list the authors of the said game content (which includes but not limited to: map variation, screenshots, film clips, movies, music, sound clips), however Bungie is credited for all original variations of any content, manipulated or not, for being the original creators of the game.

As is said above, Ensemble Studios, is credited for any game content used from the Halo Wars video game, part of the Halo franchise.
